Install active directory module for powershell

From an elevated powershell, run the following.

Import-Module ServerManager

Get-WindowsFeature

Add-WindowsFeature RSAT-AD-PowerShell

Restart is not required.

To import the module, use :

Import-Module ActiveDirectory
